Cherry plum liqueur

22 ML

Cocoa liqueur

15 ML

Nano lime

Chestnut cordial
(200 g chestnut purée + 800 g honey syrup 2:1 (honey/water), blended)

15 ML

Gum arabic or egg white

22 ML

Shake for 10-15 seconds. Strain into the chilled glass

Garnish the foam with edible luster dust (candurin), dust cocoa through a chestnut-shaped stencil, and place three pieces of popcorn beside the design
